Hi! We are Annabelle and Hoda: two professionals looking to rent a good-sized double room in our extremely spacious, clean and relaxing home in a top floor apartment between Wimbledon town and Wimbledon Village. The photos don't do this flat justice as they can shrink the images, but see the layout photo for specific dimensions!

Your double bedroom has a large window with ledge and built-in mirrored wardrobes across one wall providing excellent storage, the bed is unfortunately not available. A clean carpet and blackout blind mean the room is cosy and comfortable.
There are far-reaching views across South London from your window and being on the top floor means this is a quiet and calm place to be!

The flat is fully furnished with modern and comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor. There is a smart tv with Netflix included and a dvd player too. It has a well equipped kitchen with all crockery and equipment for you to use, a fridge- freezer and washing machine, as well as iron and ironing board. There is use of a bathroom shared with one person with a powerful new shower. The living room is quiet and comfy with fab views and an open plan kitchen-dining room with a table and chairs and sofa.

You will be living with 2 female professionals in their mid 30s who enjoy exercise, food and exploring London in their free time. We are looking for somebody who is friendly, clean and tidy and considerate when it comes to keeping noise to a minimum in the evenings. We are up for socialising and going for a drink but also happy to have our own space too: we're easy going!

On top of the great location and fantastic views, the flat also has a private garden with patio area, large lawn and borders for our sole use. It even has both an off-street parking space if you have a car and a secure garage if you have a bike and extra things to store!

Located off Ridgeway, the flat is only 5 mins walk to Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon Common, and 10 mins walk to Wimbledon town centre. This is a very desirable location with green spaces a short walk away and easy access to tube lines, National Rail and tramways. There are an excellent range of bars, pubs and restaurants as well as supermarkets and shops, cinemas and theatres all just a stroll away.
