Hey!
Looking for a relaxed, chill flatmate for a bright and spacious flatshare . In a green and quiet residential part of North London in Winchmore Hill.

There is a large single room available (fits a double bed) in a 2 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor of a converted period building. Furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, draws and shelves. Furnishings can be stored if not needed.

The flat is a short walk to two parks, and a 5 minute bus ride to Southgate tube/Grange Park rail station. It's also just a couple of minutes walk to a large Sainsbury's.

I'm an easy going guy, looking to find someone similar to share with, wanting to keep my nice relaxed home life, so no drama. I work in IT in central London, but working at home atm. Enjoy gaming, learning languages, TV, etc.
