Flat is conviniently located one minute walk from Winchmore Hill train station (15 minutes to finsbury park and the victoria line) and closest tube Southgate (piccadilly line - 5 minutes via bus)
There are many shops and restaurants close by and local amenities such as Sainsbury's a short walk away. If you do not know the area that well, Winchmore hill is a nice little area with some great cafes and coffee shops right on the doorstep.
There is road parking outside the flat, i believe a permit is around £120 for the year. restrictions only in place during the week mon-fri between 10.30-11.30. I drive and parking is never an issue.
Rent is £700pm this is inclusive of all bills including broadband and council tax.
I'm not one for rules and regs of the house, i consider myself a pretty chilled out and friendly character. Only thing i ask is that the common areas are kept fairly tidy and the occasional clean up when needed. happy to consider a cleaner however, if that suits better.
Always partial to a pint or two or some food in one of the good locals we have on our doorstep. Or glass of wine in front of the TV on a lazy Sunday.
Grovelands park two minutes walk from the house, which is lovely in the summer especially for those hot summer days.
1 months rent deposit will be required and first months rent in advance
