A Double room in spacious house in, Winchmore Hill N21. The room is next to a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and wc. The room is furnished and has broadband included in rent etc. We are friendly and easy going.
Would be happy to discuss Mon to Fri rental or a few days a week.
We tend to socialise at the weekends and work in the week. The house is bright and airy and big enough not to feel on top of everyone. There is a lovely large garden with decking. No Parking restrictions. Transport links to the City 26 mins and West End are really good, Grange Park Station is approx a 6 min walk away and goes directly to Moorgate via Old Street and Finsbury Park (15mins) and change onto Piccadilly and Victoria lines. Bus to Southgate for Piccadilly Line.
Winchmore Hill is a very safe area and has a lovely leafy village feel with pubs, restaurants shops and huge local parks.
We are an easy-going professional family, I run my own natural and organic body products business, mostly from home. We are flexible with the lease and the room is available. Modern kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and tv, there’s large double glass doors onto a wooden deck the kitchen leads onto a dining area. There’s a downstairs wc and a utility room with another shower and sink and washing machine. There’s a large living room.
