we are a mixed group of young professional people looking for some new flatmates.
The house is nice and big and has 2 floors with 1 bathroom each floor - which is great! We have got a big kitchen and a common space with sofa where we like to chill out all together: we like cooking and eating together when we can, have a chat with a glass of wine, but please bear in mind that we are no longer house-party animals, we all need to wake up early in the morning!!!
We also have a big garden with table and chairs and a barbecue, all set up for the summer time!!
The location is just awesome, 5 minute walking to Wood Green station, bus stop 1 minute walking: 29, N29, 141, 67 etc.
Around the area: The Mall, Morrisons, Sainsbury, Iceland, Primark, pharmacies, GP, offlicences 24h...pretty much all you need !!
Alexandra Palace just 10 minute away!!!
The total price is 170£ per week, plus a contribution for the bills of 20£ per pound per month. ONLY 3 WEEKS OF DEPOSIT. The Room will be free from the 24th of November 2019.
Room can be double for couples but also double for single use and the price would be less.
Everyone is welcome, we are friendly and easy going but we just ask you to be clean and respectful, because we all are!!!
