My flatmate is sadly moving back to Australia so her bedroom is now up for grabs

Flat:
Large homely 2 bedroom flat on the 7th floor with lovely views of Ally Pally (inc’ fireworks show in Nov) and surrounding greenery. The block is private with secure access, we have all the usual flat stuff and a few ‘nice to haves’; dishwasher, Netflix, big TV, new over priced washing machine, 2x new sofas. Secure bike lock on the ground floor. Lift.
 
Room.
The room is a large double with a lot of built in storage, en-suite (shower, toilet, sink) and balcony. We gave lots of plants but no pressure on you to care for them!
 
You:
You’ll be sharing the living room and kitchen with 1 other person, a 28 year old single female who works for the NHS. She is fun, sociable and loves to meet new people but also lives for quiet nights in with a takeaway and a good film/crappy TV. She is clean and tidy and a non-smoker. She likes eating out, dancing, tennis, walking in the countryside, travelling, cooking etc. She is looking for someone who is friendly, around the same age, male or female and clean and tidy. Ideally someone who likes a good night out but also appreciates the need for chill times
 
Transport:
Wood green Underground station, <1 min walk.
-       Kings Cross in 16min
-       Islington in 14min
-       Victoria in 28min
-       Hackney in 25min
-       Etc.
Alexandra Palace Station, ~ 6min walk.
Many busses stop outside or close to the flat (wood green in where many terminate so lots of options).
Bike lock up on the ground floor of the flat.
 
Area:
A short walk from Ally Pally where there are lots of gigs and events, blue house yard + games bus is over the road from the flat, endless amazing Turkish restaurants (we have our favourites), Wood green high street and shopping mall is a few min walk with all the usual shops. Selection of supermarkets all a short walk away (Morrison’s 1min, Sainsbury’s 1min, Lidl 5min, Akdeniz next to flat). Crouch End and Muswell Hill are walkable and fantastic areas. Lots of walkable parks and green spaces. 15min tube to Cockfosters and the great Trent Park. 2x micro breweries and taprooms a short walk.
