Spare double room available in a social house!

We have a double room available in a three bedroom house with two young professionals. The room is £625 pcm and with bills on top (incl. WiFi) it’s only around £675. The deposit is 5 weeks.

Our contract ends on August 28th so we are looking for someone to take the room until then. May rent has already been paid so it would just be June July and August rents. The current housemates are both really friendly, Blake (24) works in recruitment and Katy (23) is a trainee Social Worker.

The house has a living room which we watch tv in most nights. There is a spacious kitchen with washing machine and all your standard kitchen bits!
There is one bathroom with a bath/shower and a small garden outside.
The house is in a great location, it takes about 7 minutes to walk to Wood Green tube station which has lots of bus stops on the way, and 15 minutes to Turnpike Lane tube stop. Both stations are on the Piccadilly line which takes you to kings cross in 15 minutes and Leicester Square in 25!! It also only takes 10 to walk into Wood Green shopping centre which pretty much has everything you would need!

The room is available immediately and is fully furnished.
