En-suite loft bedroom in spacious house

We have a large en-suite double room available from mid Feb in an amazing spacious house located just 8 minutes away from Wood Green station and high street.

👩‍👩‍👦‍👦 You’ll be living with 4 other self proclaimed great housemates who are open minded, sociable and always up for a chat but also have a good understanding of boundaries.

We’re an all female house in our late 20s/early 30s and have our own circles outside of the house, but also love to hangout together for the occasional brunch spread or movie!

Even though it’s a house share, we like to treat it like our home. We keep things tidy and clutter free and will also be bringing in a cleaner on a fortnightly basis, once the house is full.

🛋 The house is super spacious, newly refurbished and has been decorated in a minimal style. We have a cosy lounge and a separate kitchen/diner as well as a south facing garden. It’s a great place for entertaining!

🏙 Wood Green is a busy high street with all the shops you need, a few good cafes/pubs and we’re just a 10 minute walk away from Ally Pally (Possibly North London’s best park) where they host lots of concerts and firework displays. Plus you can get into Covent Garden in just 20 minutes on the Piccadilly line!

As a house we love walks, movies, gym, baking, and good food. We’re looking for considerate, likeminded people who are on the same vibe. (No house hermits)

🐱 We also have a ragdoll cat called Teddy who is a crowd pleaser and loves to play and chill with us.
