This room is ideal for those not wanting a long-term commitment. Perhaps you are in between properties or moving to London for the summer. This will be a monthly direct debit arrangement with no tenancy agreement available.

We are two female young professionals who are tidy, relaxed and sociable. We often cook dinner together so are happy to have someone looking for a more sociable space to rent or someone who wants to keep to themselves. The room is on its own floor so lends itself well to those who like their privacy/space occasionally.

This is a 3 bed 3 bath property so you would have your own bathroom on your own floor. The living and kitchen area are spacious and shared.
