A cosy room in a sunny flat

I am moving and my room of 10 years is available.

It’s part of a two bedroom first-floor flat that is very close to the tube yet has plenty of greenery around. New river canal walk all the way up to M25, Alexandra Palace, a little park right in front of the house and a recreation ground just around the corner.

There is a shopping centre, a farmers market a couple of nice pubs (the Prince, Starting Gate), a mini brewery/pizza place

The bedroom at the moment has a very large wardrobe, a single bed, and a futon (as I preferred the extra floor space) You can have a double bed instead, if that’s your preference.

My flatmate is a down-to-earth, friendly Canadian girl, who loves to cook and bake (and her cocktails:) She works full-time.

The atmosphere in the flat is chilled, the place would suit a professional person who enjoys a homely, relaxing environment.

You get extra bonus points if you are vegan/vegetarian and/or have a CAT 😍 (no dogs please).

The bills come up to about £120 per month
