My name is Steph, from NZ, been living in London past 10 years! Moved into this house with my lockdown Westie puppy Obie 🐶 last year and looking for new roommate.

I work in Kings Cross and like to come home to cook and hangout in the living room watching the latest Netflix film and series or the latest TV quiz show most evenings.
Obie likes to look out the window for cats and foxes 😂

The house is couple minutes walk from corner stores and a Tescos, and 10 minutes from a big Morrison’s, restaurants, takeaways, Wood Green shopping mall which is filled with major retailers (Primark!) and cinemas.

Wood Green station is on the 24hr Piccadilly line zone 3 and is perfect for Kings Cross and Soho. If the tube isn't your thing then there are plenty of bus lines (29 to Trafalgar Square via Camden and the 141 to London Bridge), or the overground too.

Also walking distance to a few different parks, gyms and Ally Pally!

The house is located in Noel Park, much sought-after conservation area, and is a charming two bedroom period house.
The property has been completely redecorated throughout of a through-reception, kitchen, bathroom, utility room, well-proportioned bedrooms and garden.

The room in question is a great room - It has plenty of storage and double bed. Large windows which lets in plenty of light and morning sun pours in.

The room is £830 pcm and would also need one months deposit (money is held in deposit scheme as standard). Council tax, broadband, water, gas & elec bills on top. So all in circa £950/month, reasonable considering the location.

The landlord is in Australia and house is maintained by real estate agency who are very reliable and anything reported broken is fixed very quickly!
