Monday to Friday let available £550 pcm.
Full time let £650 pcm.

I am an office manager who works full time and leaves the house often before 6am and not back until 19:00 (often later) during the week.

Woodford Green: 10-12 mins walk to Woodford station or 6-8 mins walk to Roding Valley station (both Central line zone 4) or bus 275 to Barking or Walthamstow. Easy access to A406/M11. Secure off-street parking and space for push/motor bike in garage.

Looking for a professional to share this lovely flat who is clean, considerate and respectable to personal space and usage of resources (fridge, freezer, washing machine, etc.) Strictly no DSS, no pets, no rearranging of furniture (unless discussed), non-smoking and please note it is definitely not a party house!

I have enjoyed having a flatmate for the last 14 months who has now left and moved into his own flat.
