Our 4 bed home has recently been renovated and is bright and airy with generous size living and dining room, two bathrooms - both have showers and toilets, a large kitchen and good sized garden with decking if you are after somewhere to unwind.
The house is equipped with a dishwasher, two fridges, eight gas stove tops, two ovens, dryer/washer, broadband and a barista coffee machine for those early morning caffeine fixes.

We are easy going and down to earth South Africans whom enjoy travelling, camping, food, art, gardening and the odd drink here and there.
We are looking for an easy going and down to earth individual to share this space with as we have plans to go travelling in the next year and would like to save up for that.

Location wise, Woodside tram stop is a 2 minute walk away and gets to East Croydon in 15 minutes with direct connections to Clapham Junction, London Bridge and Victoria Station.
