I’m offering a Double room for female single occupancy available From the 22nd of June 2023 (flexible with the moving day) for SHORT term Only,
£150 per week.

I live with my 2 kitties and my youngest brother Vicente who is a computer engineer, 24 yrs.

The flat vibes are very good, calm and tidy.

The Room is fully furnished:
Big 3 doors wardrobe and Shelves.
double bed with like new mattress original medium/firm Tempur, mattress protector, Bedside table with lamp.
Black out curtains, big window with garden view.
Shelves and chest of drawers, .
Duvet, pillow, towels and sheets available.
House is located 5 minutes walking away from the tube station. Lots of green area, forest and hiking routes near by.
Super fast Fibre optic broadband/wifi available

Gardeners included
Windows cleaner included
(i like my home very clean, you need to clean/wash after cooking, shower and your room) and once a week each of us needs to clean/hoover the comunal areas Please.

Please note 2 cats are living at the property, they’re mostly outdoors or sleeping, they’re very friendly.
Parking is on street payable to Barnet.

5 mins to Woodside Park Station (Nothern Line High Barnet branch) 30 min to Central London, 15 min to Camden Town. Residential and safe area close to shops, restaurants, cinema etc.
We are very friendly easygoing siblings from Spain.
