Kamil is moving out, thus we will have a vacant double bedroom available from 4th of April onwards.

----THE ROOM----
It's a well-sized double furnished with duvan bed & mattress, wardrobe as well as desk with chair. See the pictures to get a feel.

----THE FLAT----
There is going to be a total of 4 people (including you) and you will only share the common bathroom with 2 others (a couple).

The apartment itself is a recently refurbished ground floor flat, a convert from the old Magistrates Court. It's fairly spacious and has high ceilings -- you definitely won't feel claustrophobic here!

Kitchen-Living room joint is open, has a dining table with a set of chairs, coffee table, sofa & armchair. We like to chill there after work or have guests from time to time (not during pandemic though!).

----LOCATION----
5-minute walk from Woolwich Arsenal DLR and Train station.

For some odd reason, if you type the postcode in Google maps, it might show you a wrong location -- the street name is Bathway.

Around the area, you can find large Sainsbury's, which is less than a minute away, and even bigger Tesco (3 min).

There is also "Woolwich high street" nearby, hosting all the necessities e. g. Lidl, Wilko, Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett, TK Maxx, Poundshop etc. They are all within 5 min walk. It's very convenient.

----PRICE----
Half a month security deposit is required upfront to secure the room, which we'll keep until you move out. The bills are included in the rent, which we prefer to be paid monthly. This is a private ad, so no other fees :)
