Homely warehouse conversion in Royal Arsenal SE18

Hey !
After 4 years my dear friend is moving out in January and with the new year I am looking for a new flatmate.

The Flat...
The flat is a furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property including washer/dryer and dishwasher. Ive made the place my own but there is always the opportunity to put your stamp on the place too .
In January I will have a Mezzanine double room with great storage (built in wardrobes) plus shower room (sorry not an ensuite) within Royal Arsenal.

A bit about the area...
Royal Arsenal provides a range of on-site facilities including a resident’s gym, 24-hour concierge service, doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, dental practice and nursery plus a selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

I am looking for someone around my age who is professional, reliable, tidy and up for hanging out being going for a drink, cinema, exploring London or just hanging out indoors. If you are gay, then that a plus too. I've made this place my home and would like my next flatmate to do the same. It's not a party house definitely a home.

I'm a northerner and made London my home for the last 13 years. I work 9-5, enjoy going to the gym (Finally!), eating out, cooking, travelling, music, gigs, great TV as well as bad TV. I am tidy and a little house proud. I enjoying going out for a few drinks and having a laugh equally going to a museum, gallery or theatre. I've lived with lots of people and been told I'm super easy to live!

I am gay and ideally would like to live with another guy who is up for socialising. But also open to meeting professional men or woman of a similar age.
