I am offering a small double room in a two bedroom house to rent. It's less than a 10 minute walk to Woolwich (Arsenal) mainline, DLR and bus stations. There's therefore more than one way to get to London from here. Trains go to Kent and Luton too. We are not only well served by public transport, but also have a fairly quiet area where we are. If you like to socialize locally, there is a growing number of respectable bars and eateries in the town centre. You will be sharing with one other person, myself, a female professional who sometimes works long hours. I am quite clean and tidy. It'd be good if you were also.

The room is warm, comfortable and furnished with a small double bed a desk and a fitted wardrobe. There is good storage. In addition, you'll share a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a garden. If you drive, there is free street parking in the evening after 6.30p. m. and on Sundays or bank holidays. For permanent parking, a permit could be arranged. For your information, a DPS will be used for the deposit. Lastly, a female is preferred and all bills with broadband are included.
