Spacious room in brand new house in Woolwich

Hi there!

I am looking for someone young, creative and chilled to take over my room ASAP!!!

- We are looking for someone tidy, respectful, that loves to chill out altogether but also respects everyone’s space. The whole house is brand new and we are the first tenants ever (moved in sept2019).

- The tenancy contract ends on October 4th but possibility to extend. Rent starts on 4 May but I will be moving out on 30 April so possibility to move in early without paying extra days.

- The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and beside table. Very spacious and luminous. You’d be sharing a bathroom with 1 person only. The kitchen is entirely furnished with washing machine, microwave, dish washer etc.

- we have an amazing terrace and garden where we love to chill in the sun!

- The street is very quite, corner shops and Co op at a 5 min walk. Massive Tesco and everything you need at a 15 min walk (Woolwich centre). Good bus connection and 15 min walk from Woolwich DLR station and train station.

- rent is £550 + bills (50-60), deposit is around £640 (tbc) and agency fees are £120.

- Referencing required, possibility of guarantor
