Double top floor room in spacious Aigburth house

Hi, I’m George! I bought the house 4 years ago and did it up. The house now has new windows, central heating, rewire, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, carpets etc. It has been redecorated throughout and all the furniture is new. Now that the work on the house has been finished, it is a really nice, spacious place to live. The house is over 3 floors and has a big kitchen so it doesn’t feel crowded at all. The house is really close to Aigburth Road, Sefton Park and Lark Lane. It has broadband and the full Sky TV package as well. All bills are included in the rent.

I have rented rooms out for a few years, and one of the tenants is moving out in May, so that room (definitely the best of the five bedrooms in the house) will be free from 13th May. The room is on the top floor and has an en suite, so any potential tenant would have a floor to themselves and their own living space. I’ve added some photos of the room when it was empty and also some of how the room was been set up by the outgoing tenant.

The other/remaining tenants are Heather, who is a student from China studying in Liverpool and Olivia, a temporary tenant who has the smaller room in the house whilst she is looking for somewhere more permanent. We all work/study long hours, so aren’t here a lot of the time. Also, my 10 year old son stays here for half of the week too. I'm laid back and think i'm an easy person to live with. The only thing I would ask is that the kitchen area is kept tidy, and that you try and be as quiet as possible on the nights that son is here and in bed. On the other nights then it doesn’t matter at all.
