Looking for someone to join our friendly house :)

Living room, there?s also an additional dining area!

We are two housemates who are also close friends so we’re looking for someone to be sociable with, but we all need time to ourselves too. We’re both young professionals, a teacher and nurse but we are happy to live with either students or professionals.

Our house is situated in Aigburth, less than a five minute walk to Lark Lane and just a couple of minutes from St. Michael’s station. This location is perfect for anyone who loves exploring the art scene and outdoor spaces of South Liverpool by taking a stroll up Lark Lane and around the beautiful, Sefton park.
As we are very close to St. Michael’s station, it is extremely quick and easy to get in to Liverpool town centre. Just a six minute train ride away. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road which will take you straight in to town.

The house is a three bedroom terrace house, on a friendly and neighbourly road. We have a study space for anyone who wants to get creative or complete work. The living and dining area is open plan, bright and spacious. We spend most of our time in this room, watching films and trash tv. There’s also a separate kitchen and garden space (not currently pictured!)

The room available is a double room with some built in wardrobe space. We are happy to provide a bed (not the one pictured) for our new tenant if they don’t have one already.

There is permit free parking on our road and there is always available spaces, usually right outside the door.
