Double room coming up in a lovely flat that looks out over Sefton Park. It's a great spot — Lark Lane is just around the corner, and the city centre's an easy walk or short bus ride away.

The flat’s got a big living room full of character, comfy furniture, and a relaxed vibe. The kitchen’s on the smaller side but has everything you need: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and all the usual bits and pieces.

The room itself comes part-furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe & desk. You'll also have your own private bathroom (with bath and shower), just next to the room. French doors open out onto a quiet private garden — ideal for a morning coffee or a breather in the sun.
There’s always plenty of parking at the front, plus a secure bike lock-up round the back.

Bills included: Gas, electric, council tax, water, and fast Virgin broadband (100mb/s )

The deposit is £835. No agency or contract fees. I ask for 6 weeks’ notice, and ideally, I’m looking for someone who’ll stick around for at least 6 months, preferably longer as the process of advertising isn't something i enjoy

Bit about me: I’m a civil design engineer, tidy but fairly chilled. Outside of work I play sax in a rock band, do a bit of woodworking, and I’m usually outdoors if the weather’s decent — surfing, hiking, that sort of thing. Sundays are for long walks and a proper pint in a good pub.

The flat’s a relaxed and sociable space — ideal for chilling, working, or hanging out with friends. I’m into decent films, documentaries, board games, and cooking up a good meal.

It’s a warm and welcoming place to live — I’ve loved being here the last couple of years, and I’m hoping to find someone sound who’ll feel at home.
