Room 2: large loft conversion with en-suite

I have two double rooms available to rent in my beautiful five bedroom terraced house in Aigburth. We are close to Sefton Park, Sudley House, Otterspool Promenade, Rose Lane and the number 82 bus stop.

Room 1 is currently available from 9th June 2023: £520pcm including bills + one month's deposit. This is a spacious loft conversion with en suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). There is also a large bath available in the shared bathroom on the first floor. The loft is currently furnished with a super king size bed, sofa, table and chairs, and shelving units, and it has a Juliette balcony.

Room 2 is currently taken: £450pcm including bills + 1 month's deposit. This is a large double room on the first floor with bathroom facilities at the end of the hall (there is a separate toilet that will be yours but the bath and shower are shared). It is furnished with a king-size bed, two bedside cabinets and two large wardrobes. There is space for a desk if you need one, which I would be happy to provide.

The kitchen is large with all the usual appliances (Range cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier), and you will have your own cupboard and fridge space.

There are two large reception rooms. One is furnished with a large sofa, armchair and television, and is good for relaxing in. The other is currently home to our pet guinea pigs and musical instruments. It has good acoustics if you play a musical instrument or sing.

We have a small organic garden with a wooden table and chairs which is lovely to sit in in the summer. We have three pet guinea pigs and three goldfish. I'm happy if you have small pets or fish, but please no cats or dogs.

Apart from that what can I tell you about us? I have twin 12-year-old daughters who live with me for half the time. I'm a children's doctor. The house is quite quiet after 9pm and there is the usual getting up and getting ready for work and school-type shuffling around in the mornings. It would suit you if you keep similar daylight hours.

We are a vegan family. You do not have to be vegetarian or vegan yourself to come and live with us, but please do ask yourself if you are able to be respectful of our choices. I hope the house will be a safe, happy and welcoming home for whoever comes to live here. We have had lots of different people staying with us over the years so we are very relaxed!
