Beautiful and cosy double room available in first floor flat. It's a very quiet area with a farm at the end of the road. All you can hear are the occasional cows mooing! Very peaceful. :)

The flat is very spacious with a large shared lounge. I also have an attic office/lounge space upstairs which I can use seperately. I'm out of the flat most evenings so you would have the place to yourself often.

I have a small cat. She keeps herself to herself but likes the occasional cuddle. Happy to consider other pets if they would be suited together.

There is a large kitchen with a utility area to hang clothes. Washing machine etc and plenty of cupboard, freezer/fridge space.

Brand new bathroom with bath and shower. Storage space to entrance hallway for all your bits. On road parking available and small garden to front.

I'm very easy going. I work hard but enjoy a laugh too. Happy to hang out and equally like my own space sometimes. I will respect yours too.

Looking for someone easy going, good to get on with, clean and tidy. I would consider couples - price would be £450 rather than £350 just to cover extra bills.

The room is furnished but you can change things up how you see fit and change any bits not to your taste.
