Council Tax, super fast unlimited Broadband and water are included as well as gas and electricity (subject to a fair usage policy of £30 per tenant per month). A cleaner attends fortnightly to clean the common space as well.

A 2-minute walk from the popular Allerton Road, the house is on a residential street with parking outside. Locally there are lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and local amenities as well as an excellent transport network to reach the City Centre, university campuses, hospitals and airport access. The house is within walking distance to Sefton and Calderstone's Park too.
