Lovely Room in Family Home

A very safe neighbourhood, off vibrant Allerton Road but quiet and leafy. Near to Penny Lane 2 minutes from wine bars and restaurants Greek Indian Chinese Italian, a bakery, fresh fish shop, butchers, fruit shop, chemist and more.
A short walk to beautiful Sefton Park with it's refurbished Victorian Palm House and Lark Lane. While Calderstones Park with its botanical and Chinese gardens is 15 minutes away
At the bottom of the road you can catch a bus straight to Liverpool One, The Albert Dock, The Airport, Anfield and Goodison. Or walk 10 minutes to the tube and get a train to town the Wirral, the Beach, Chester or Manchester. I sometimes cycle or walk into town.
It is a smaller room although it has a double bed, I can put a single bed in if you prefer. There’s also another spare bedroom that is smaller but you may prefer. This is a spacious 4 bedroomed house which is bright and chilled. There is a large airy lounge and separate dining room. There is an original cast iron fire place with a real coal fire, which I light in winter. There is also a morning room and kitchen. There is always space to work downstairs. We have one bathroom which has a gas power shower so always lots of hot water. I have two cats.

I am a writer so I work at home occasionally. I have had lots of lodgers in the past. Female preferred as bathroom is shared suitable for someone who wants short term 2 to 5 months accommodation or a Monday to Friday let.
