A good sized comfortably furnished double room with king size bed. The house has been recently renovated with new carpets and bathroom/kitchen etc. and is clean and well maintained. The house mate would have their own bathroom (not en-suite) and all bills are included. Use of all the usual facilities.
The bus to Liverpool or West Kirby is 3 minutes walk away and it's also 3 minutes to the excellent Birkenhead park. Close to Claughton village and Bidston hill.
I have one small cat (friendly).
I'm looking for a female who is reasonably quiet and tidy.
