In this House we have 3 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 4 double en-suite rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

This house is situated on Milton road in the Birkenhead area.
Birkenhead Central is just a 15 minute walk away where a train can take you into Liverpool Central in just 10 minutes.
If you drive, you can hop in your car and be in Liverpool city centre in just 15 Minutes.

LOCAL Amenities
It is ideal for professionals working on the Wirral or Liverpool.
LIDL is a 5 minute walk away as well as plenty of pubs, convenience stores and restaurants close by.
Birkenhead town centre is a 15 minute wall away where there ore plenty of shops such as ASDA, McDonalds, Iceland, Farm Foods, A Vue Cinema and plenty more.
Birkenhead Promenade is just a 10 minute walk from the property for nice strolls and fantastic views of Liverpool city centre.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
