I am looking for a friendly, easy-going, tidy female to share my home. There are 3 reception rooms downstairs, so there is ample space for "me-time" when required.
It is 0.2 miles to Hall Rd Station (20 mins direct into Liverpool and 20 mins to southport in the other direction) and a 10-minute walk to the beach which features Anthony Gormley's Another Place.
I have large kitchen, 3 reception rooms, a good sized garden with a hacienda/ barbecue outside eating area, and a driveway for cars.
Hopefully you will love the house as much as I do.
I am happy for smokers to rent the rooms, but respectfully request that you smoke outside, and not in the house.
