Hello!

I have the master bedroom in my lovely little house available to rent as my current house mate is moving out due to buying their own property! I have always been in the smaller room so I am more than happy staying here :)

The master comes with a double bed, wardrobe and TV as well as your own en-suite! The pictures are how it is currently set up but the kalex unit and desk/lamp don't come with the room unfortunately!

It's a really lovely, safe and quiet area in Ellesmere Port with fantastic neighbours and access to a residents car park. The kitchen and living room is a shared space but I absolutely want the person who moves in to feel completely at home in the whole house, not just their bedroom.

I am 29, work full time and totally normal (so I like to think!). I am clean and tidy so its important to me that you are as well.

The house comes fully equipped with everything you would need, so no need to worry about buying kitchen stuff etc! There is a little garden out back too.

For the price, it would include all your bills other than your food and own toiletries etc of course. I have Sky TV, Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video plus great wifi :)
