En-suite room for rent

I’m currently working at Alder hey and looking to rent out a large en-suite room in my house to a suitable lodger.
My partner visits every weekend.
Shared outside parking area within close.
Utility bills and broadband included.
There is a small snug downstairs which can be used as a private lounge.
Shared garden and kitchen with space in fridge, freezer and cupboard.
Remaining downstairs areas limited access due to working from home.
Room is large double room with en-suite shower room.
A kettle and TV with a fire stick will be available.
Single female professionals preferred, no couples please.
Mon-Friday and student only lets considered more preferable.
