I have one double room left for rent.
Large, bay fronted double bed with wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables. There is a tv/tv unit and a double bed.
It is nicely decorated.

This house is a nice 1950's semi detached house backing onto a park.
There is a bathroom and kitchen fitted.
The bathroom has a power shower and all facilities. I have a garage which could be used to store a bike etc.
There is also a breakfast bar area.
The double room has a nice flat screen TV with built in DVD, two large chests of drawers, bedside lockers, lamp and large mirrored wardrobes.
I am a live in landlord.
BT broadband wifi is included and already live.
House is close to Tesco on Church Rd and has lots of local shops and facilities.
Main road has a good bus route which is great for travel to St. Helens, Wigan, Ashton and Newton/Warrington direct.
There is a local Indian restaurant and carvery close by.
The house is peaceful and you would be able to relax comfortably in your own space.
Cleanliness is important, keep your room clean and the shared areas would be upto us to keep nice and clean.
I can't stress enough that I am looking for the right person. Considerate, quiet and courteous people to apply please.
The house is non smoking but outside is fine.
