Our home

All bills included. We have for rent a newly refitted and refurbished, ground floor apartment within our home in Hoylake.

Acorn Cottage has its own separate access and front door so although we’re around, you won’t see us unless you need us. ALL bills are included.

The apartment has exclusive use of;

Large double bedroom/lounge
Kitchen
Dining area
Shower room
2 x storage cupboards
Patio area

Use of the full garden can be negotiated for the right tenant.

The apartment is part of our home and, although it will be yours to use exclusively, it is not classed as a separate residence and therefore will be let under the “excluded tenant” lodger framework.

Parking on the road available. We are a military family and therefore require potential tenants to provide a reference.
