Lovely quiet house share

Professional house mate seeking similar female to share with.
The photos of the bedroom are not the one for rent but it is a little bigger than the one pictured, just tidying the other one for pictures at the min.
I am a very busy girl who spends more time out the house than in the house, I am sociable when I am around but also like my own space.
I work a lot and stay away from home at times.
This is not a party house, nor for couples, and I don't want strangers bringing back to my house without discussion.
Looking for someone to share with who is similar minded and likes a nice clean place to live, who I can trust.
The room is double can be furnished before move in or if you have your own belongings that's fine too just let me know.
The room has an small onsuite shower room, perfectly adequate for what it needs to be.
Living room is shared but I am rarely in the house.
Garden is not overlooked and a nice place to sit in the sun.
