WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 2 Females, both between the ages of 21 and 35. Both are working professionals.

THE HOUSE
The house has 3 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. One room has an ensuite and the 2 other rooms are Doubles with one sharing bathroom.. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The house is located on Alderson Road in L15 and is perfect for students and professionals studying or working in the city centre.
This area has great transport links and is only 15 minute bus journey to city centre and royal Liverpool hospital. The royal hospital is also walkable in around 15 minutes (Depending how long your legs are).

LOCAL FACILITIES
ALDI and ASDA are just a 10 minute walk just on Smithdown road and just a 5 Minute walk to Lifestyles Gym and Swimming Pool. There are plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores close by on Picton Road and Smith down road and the beautiful Sefton park and lake is a 25 minute stroll away to take in the stunning views.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
