I am renting out a furnished double room in a lovely house in Stoneycroft, Liverpool.
The house is lovely and full of character. It has recently been refurbished to a high standard. All the rooms are a good size, with high ceilings. There is also a large front garden and a lovely courtyard in the back. On street car parking is available.

The area is very friendly and close to the city centre. It has good access to public transport and you can be in the city centre in 10 mins. There are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and bars close by. There is an Asda, Aldi, Tesco and M&S within walking distance. Old swan high street is less than a 10 minute walk away.
Also it is very handy for the motorway with the m62 less than a 10 minute drive away. It is a quiet street but you can get anywhere in the city easily and quickly.

The rent includes all bills including wifi and council tax and you are welcome to share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room.

I graduated from Durham university in June and am now working full time in Warrington. I am looking to rent to someone who wants to become friends. I’d love to share with someone who would like to watch tv together and occasionally cook/ bake together. I also have two lovely cats so it’s important that you love cats! They are cuddly and very cute!!
