Mon - Fri housemate wanted

We live in a 4 bedroom detached new build property on a glorious Redrow estate called Summerhill Park. We are happy to rent out a furnished double bedroom. Due to our master bedroom having an ensuite, the bathroom will predominantly be for the tenants use (unless we have an additional housemate).
We are looking for a tenant who would stay from Monday evening and leave on a Friday, so this would be an ideal arrangement for someone working away from home during the week and then returning to home/family at weekends. Therefore, we welcome professional people or sensible students. Our home is very close to Broadgreen and Alder Hey hospital so it would be an excellent location for medical professionals/students. Broadgreen train station is also just a 5 min walk so it is very quick and easy to get into the city centre.

£500 per month covers staying 4 nights per week. If on the rare occasion additional nights are required then there will be £25 payment for each night. Please do send me a message if you have any further queries.
