*First month half price* Double room in Wavertree

Hi all,

I have one double room which will be available July 2024, all bills including council tax and superfast fibre broadband internet.

There is TNT sport, SKY sports, Netflix and Amazon prime logged on the TV which you can use.

The house is a furnished three bedroom house with a dining room and living room. The kitchen has a separate dryer and washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave and all the essentials such as hob/oven/cutlery/crockery/toas ter/kettle. It is essentially ready to move in.

The bedroom: small double. Double bed, desk and chair. Wardrobe and chest of drawers in spare room. Each room has a lock/key and also a television port.

The bathroom: has a separate shower and bath.
WC: There is also a separate toilet.

Will consider short stays.

Bus links: Nearest are Smithdown Road or Picton Road which are both 5 mins walk and there are lots of regular bus routes into the city centre and south liverpool, University of Liverpool, JMU, Hope university, Royal Liverpool hospital and the town centre.

Shops: Smithdown Road’s Asda and Aldi are 5 minutes walk away. There is also a late night Co-op and a range of stores all 2 minutes walk away on Lawrence Road.

I am looking for a clean and tidy housemate to share the house with. I am working full time in the NHS so you will have the house to yourself most of the day. I have two cats who are very friendly. The evenings are relaxed and peaceful. I am a person who likes to have company but I am also independent enough to do things by myself. I play netball and like to go to the gym throughout the week after work but also enjoy a chilled evening in relaxing.

If you are a student/working professional the house is ideal for you as it is quiet and calm. There is also a lot of space in the house for your belongings. I hope that you come for a viewing to see the house as it is a really lovely place to be.
