You do not like your overcrowded house share? Then share only with 2 other people ! (And with a cat....)

Available one fully furnished double room close to Kensington high street and to the City centre.
The house is equipped with all the modern conveniences i. e fridge, washing machine, micro oven, tumble dryer, TV in lounge, very fast broadband etc..

Shops, takeaways, Lidl, Iceland, McDonald's, gym are 2 min walk away , Newsham park ( excellent for walking and jogging ) 5 min walk away, bus stops are 2 min away as well, number 8,9,10,10A,10B, 26,27 running frequently, you can get into the centre within 6-8 minutes...

12-15 minutes walk takes you to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and to the University of Liverpool.

All bills are included: gas, electricity, internet, water, council tax, TV licence

There is a small backyard to sit out in the summer....

The room is fully furnished (wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers etc..., any extra furniture can be discussed, for example study desk for students...)

If your priority is a quiet house share then this is the perfect room for you as only 3 people sharing including you (as myself away most of the time as I work in the capital..).

Please note the room is for single occupancy only, and this is a very quiet house share (no parties, or big gatherings...)
