Room In Smithdown, Liverpool Avaliable Feb-July

I am looking for a student to sublet my room to for the 2nd semester in Liverpool. I am going to be studying abroad in this period so will not be living in the house. The house will have 3 girls and 3 boys living in it who are all very sociable and friendly. They like to drink and go out as-well as have an occasional party so potential flatmate would need to enjoy that factor.

It is in the smithdown areas of Liverpool which has a night bus into the City centre as-well as having a bus to the Uni of Liverpool Campus. It is situated near Asda and Aldi with it taking about 3 minutes to walk to either one. It is also a one minute walk away from the infamous Brookhouse pub
and has many food places nearby with sefton park only being around the corner.

The room itself is on the ground floor and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. However if you would require more stuff then please don’t hesitate to ask. The Living room and kitchens also are fully kitted out with a washing machine and a television. The property has a small yard which you are allowed to smoke on however not inside. Parking is available at the front of the property on the road with there always being a parking space and it is not on a busy road so it is not very loud however there are many other students who live nearby.
