Our garden

One double room available from the start of July (could maybe do June if needed!) in house just off smithdown. 2 shared bathrooms

The house is in L15, about 15 mins cycle into Uni of Liv, about 20 to town. The 86 bus runs from just down the road and takes about 20 mins into town. Nice area, lots of really good food nearby, about 7 mins walk from Sefton park and you can be on M62 in 10 mins if you commute. Close to Liverpool hospitals. Parking on street outside.

We have 2 three year old indoor cats, Marmite and Maple. Marmite is very friendly and loves being fussed over, Maple is a little more shy but affectionate once she knows you!

House is normally fairly quiet and chilled. There is a cleaner included in the rent price (starting May) but we all tidy up after ourselves as well. Like keeping it clean and not cluttered.

Included in the rent is internet, TV licence, council tax and bills.

Looking to share with some relaxed students or young professionals. At the moment there is one phd student moving in, a physio and me.

While living in the house we have tried to do something all together as a house at least once a month, like ghetto golf, going out for food, cinema, roast dinners. I have always been really lucky and been friends with housemates, would be lovely for this to continue.
