Spacious double room on first floor of privately owned terraced house in Wavertree.

20 minute bus ride to L1 or 10 minutes to the University of Liverpool. The bus stop is just a two minute walk away. Local train station is only a 5 minute walk away.

I am a secondary school teacher currently working from home, so due to the current situation I would prefer somebody who is at work during the day. My partner has recently graduated from the Bar and is currently training to be a fully qualified Yacht Master and so will be living in the house on and off over the next few months.
I enjoy my own space after long work days but I'm always up for a glass of wine in the evening and more some weekends. I hope to find someone like-minded, ideally a mature student or young professional. Preferably, I would like somebody who isn't working from home on a full time basis (no hermits please 🐚) and somebody who will love and care for my home as I do!

The entire house was renovated a year ago and the bathroom has just been refitted. I happily share the entire house as this is a home rather than a shared occupany. There are two living rooms so there is plenty of space to relax in private. My kitchen is fully equipped with my own appliances and utensils so there's no need for you to bring or buy your own, but there is room if you would like to bring your own stuff. It has an oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge freezer and washing machine. I have a dri-buddi for drying clothes during the winter, and a washing line outside for warmer days.

It would be on a one month rolling contract, which can be reviewed at a later date.

All bills inclusive. Monday-Friday lettings also considered at a cheaper rate.
