In this House we have 5 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 large en-suites and 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom. There is a modern living room with a shared TV, perfect for movie nights. The kitchen is furnished with all the white goods and kitchen essentials you will need, which makes for a simple stress free move in!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Woolton Road in L19. Liverpool South Parkway is only a 2 minute walk which has access to the City Centre, Manchester, Midlands and the South. The 86 (24 Hour bus) also stops at this station.

LOCAL Amenities
ASDA is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Bus stop is also directly outside the house with Liverpool South Parkway only a 2 minute walk. There is a corner shop only 2 minute walk as well. Speke retail centre is a 5 minute drive which includes a cinema and restaurants.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check.

MOVING IN
Move in can be done the same week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
