Room to rent on Hartington Road from August

Two females currently looking for a chilled out, easy going and tidy flatmate to take the third bedroom in our upcoming tenancy for a flat on Hartington Road, just behind the Asda at Sefton and off the Smithdown Road. Both moderate smokers but don't smoke *tobacco* inside the house. I'm 25 currently a mature student from Ireland studying maths and computer science and also working 30 ish hours per week. My flatmate is Welsh who is currently finishing her masters in biomedical science and will be staying in Liverpool this year while she searches for a PhD that tickles her fancy! We're both very clean and easy to live with - we enjoy the occasional wind down with netflix etc and friends over every now and again but it never gets too crazy - sometimes dinner parties or a few drinks but definitely no student party vibes just good energy and good people :) We're looking for someone with the same kind of interests in this regard and someone who keeps the communal area nice and clean, we aren't Kim and Aggie but dishes and food sprayed over the floor and cooker and left for a week is something we refuse to endure again lol. We both have separate social lives as in different friends etc but we both get along really well - it's a nice vibe, we sometimes will hang out in the living room with the TV or have a drink but otherwise we're quite different :) We both like a bit of a groovy vibe around the house with regards to decoration and want to make the apartment really warm and homey! I'll attach a photo of our current house so you can see the kind of vibe and a link for a video tour of the new flat. The flat has recently been refurbished. The communal rooms look like somewhere we can make nice and cosy land the living room has a corner sofa and looks like a place we can make lovely and homey :) If anyone is interested and wants to go for a lunch/drink to see if we're compatible we'll both be happy to do so if not both (different working schedules) then one of us will be happy to meet up and see how you feel!

Rent will be £412 per month each - all bedrooms basically the same size also :)
