The house sits right by Penny Lane and Allerton Road, in a lovely sought-after part of South Liverpool. The area has a young professional vibe, with its many bars, restaurants, shops, library and supermarkets, and is a good safe neighbourhood to live in.
Main bus routes are just a 3 minute walk away, with links into the city centre and to all universites. Plus the house is just a 5 minute drive from the M62, South Parkway and Mossley Hill railway stations.
