One double bedroom available for rent. It is a very decent size with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, a small wardrobe bedside table and desk. It is in a very nice modern townhouse in a friendly estate.
The house has a kitchen/dining room, a big living room with two large comfortable sofas and two arms chairs.
Unlimited wifi, BT you view TV, downstairs toilet and sink.
The bedroom available is on the first floor. There is a bathroom with shower/bath, sink and toilet. There is also a spare room for visitors on the first floor.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a linen cupboard. There is a nice sunny garden with a flower and veg patch, decent sized grass area and table and benches. There is a line for hanging out clothes too.

There is a garage where you can store things and off street parking if you have a car.
All bills are included in the rent including the council tax.
There is a female and male (a couple) living here already a nurse and an IT technician. There is also one other female professional, we are all very friendly. We are looking for another housemate to join us. We are looking for someone who is easy to get on with, easy going, clean and tidy and respectful with noise. We have also just got a kitten which is currently 9 weeks old called Billy, he is getting used to the house at the moment but is very cute and well behaved.

The house is 2 minutes down the road from two bus routes/stops that go straight into town within 20 min. Near Asda and Aldi and corner shops. Near a couple of nice parks to walk or run around.
