This room is located in Aigburth in a luxury apartment building, about 15 minutes walk from Sefton Park, in a quiet, chilled area - but still walkable/Uber-able from Lark Lane.

The flat is massive, with a huge living room with dining table, TV, sofa and doors out into the garden. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking, and includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

You would have a big room with kingsize bed, huge wardrobe and the use of the main bathroom all to yourself. Parking is included, with fob access to a secure, gated car park.

Aigburth station is 5 mins walk away and will have you in the city centre in about 10 mins.

If you enjoy walking, running or cycling, otterspool promenade is within walking distance as well.

I'm ideally looking for someone around my age, chilled but a bit of craic too. I work in the NHS and value my downtime, but also enjoy a good night out. I’m in the process of wrapping up a PhD so would be great to have someone in a similar position.

Rent is 600pm, but if you want to include bills it's 650pm.
