The house has 6 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. The house has all the necessary equipment; Pots, pans, plates, iron, hoover etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase!

~20 Minute walk to city centre and royal Liverpool hospital.
~ Bus takes 10 minutes to get to Liverpool One.
~ Only a 15 minute walk to Mount Pleasant.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenants circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need.

MOVE IN
Move in for next academic year on 1st August 2023 with an 11 month contract. Tenants must be students with a guarantor
