The flat is tucked between Bold Street and Seel Street so there are a plethora of cafes, bars and restaurants within minutes! There is also a handy late-opening Tesco Express 2 minutes walk away.

Bills include superfast broadband (100Mbps), Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, council tax and water and a fortnightly cleaner. Electricity split on a monthly basis.

Single room in smart storage solution layout (thanks to my previous tenant!), including 2 large chests of drawers, 3 smaller sets of drawers, wardrobe, hung mirror and various floating shelves. Me -

Professional 32 year old, working in the science (materials) industry. I have been in Liverpool for 7 years and in this flat for 4 years. I travel for work up to 50% of the time, but am a sociable creature when I am about, enjoying the outdoors and being active (climbing, boarding, gyming), board games (there is a little collection here), and making good use of the excellent food establishments and beer gardens nearby. I am also a musician but keep my playing to sociable hours.
