Double room with off road parking

Hi potential new flat mate :-)
The room is a double room with views over Liverpool Marina.
The room is fully furnished. Double bed with good mattress. Wardrobe, mirror and desk.
The kitchen is filled with everything you should hopefully require. Including a dishwasher which is my favourite appliance!
The bedrooms and kitchen are downstairs on the entry level and the living room and balcony is up around 6 stairs. The balcony is a sun trap :-)
The flat is in a block of 7 flats, its quite a social block, everyone knows everyone. We have had drinks parties for the other residents.
You can join in as much or little as you like. The 3 of us sit in the living room most evenings together but other evenings we don't see each other as we are all out. We like to think we are quite laid back. We also still socialise with our old flat mate and her boyfriend who moved in a few doors down after she moved out.
The flat is located on Liverpool Marina, across the way from the water sports centre. You can walk to Albert Dock in less than 10 mins and there is a Comfy bus that goes on a loop to town. I cycle into town in around 5 mins.
Our local pub is the Coburg at the top of the road, very nice pub!!!

Now let's talk dogs :-)
We have a 2 year old rescue collie called Stella. She is a real couch potato! She loves a cuddle. We also have a 4 year old collie called Ernie who we have part time.

We are a no smoking house.
