The room is in a lovely two bedroom flat on the Liverpool docks in the L3 area. The flat is in a secure gated complex with plenty of free off-road parking. You would have a double room and bathroom (not en-suite) which has a shower over bath to yourself. The flat is on the ground floor and is a great size. The kitchen is separate to the living room and there is a Juliette balcony from the living room which looks out towards the car park and garden area. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the city and just on the waterfront. There is a lovely communal garden area that is very well kept - ideal for BBQs! As close as it is to the city, it’s nice and peaceful here. The cost of the flat is £550 per month including bills.

A little about me - I am a 28 year old professional originally from the Wirral. I moved over to Liverpool in 2015. I am very laid back, friendly and out-going. I am a shift worker so will sometimes be sleeping through the day but I’m not too worried about noise etc. I’m clean and am proud of the flat so would like a flatmate similar to this. I like sports, going to the gym, eating out at restaurants and wine!
